Welcome to the Veterans Resource Network

Veterans Resource Network (VRN) was incorporated in October 2005. In the past few years VRN has sponsored or cosponsored many events and projects aimed at support in one way or another of our Idaho Military. These events included events to help wives of deployed Idaho military deal with the many and varied issues that arise while their spouse is deployed.

In Memoriam of Glenn Gore

On Thursday, December 15, 2011, Glenn Gore passed away into a grand retirement with God after a life of service; service to his family, country, and fellow man.

Operation Care Packages

We launched our first big project; sending care packages to our deployed Idaho service members. We have had lots of help and we can still use lots of help on this one! We are accepting donations of time, money, items for the packages, and postage. This is a great project for any group wishing to do more to show appreciation to our service members. More info on items to contribute for the boxes.

Letters from the troops about Operation Care Packages

Thanks to the great speed of transportation, our packages are reaching our Idaho service members in combat areas in about one week's time. We are getting some great messages of appreciation and thanks from the troops. Read some of the messages we have received.
